Megan Shirey is a Meditation Instructor on the Insight Timer App, certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Techniques (MBSR), Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, and Hatha and Restorative Yoga.  Megan Shirey is also an Author and Coach.  

After overcoming panic attacks using meditation and breathing techniques, Megan has dedicated her life’s work to helping people overcome stress and anxiety to live a calmer and more balanced life.

“How does scheduling work?”

When you sign up for a 4-month webinar package, we schedule one (1) webinar per month for 4 consecutive months at the dates/times of your choosing.

Some companies will choose to order lunch for their employees, or some will offer these webinars directly after their common lunch period (around 2-3 pm.) It's whatever works for you and your business.

These webinars are offered via Zoom, so your employees can attend from their desks or a conference room. The seminars can also be presented in person: additional costs for travel, etc., would apply.
